Beauty tips????? pics uncluded

i want some hair and make up advice .. i always use cover up/bronzer ALL OVERRR my face and i use eye liner .... and i always used to scrunch my hair but i just messed it up yesterday while having fun with scissors so my mom had to cut it really short and it can't even go up in a pony tail





some days i feel pretty and some days i feel ugly and it's SO annoying





i just want some tips on what i can do to look better ? make up tips ? hair style advice ? nothing too expensive i currently don't have any money .. maybe what color you think would look nice on me ?

go for a more natural makeup and prehaps dye your hair just a very nice rich brown for your hair a straight hair style with layers around your face might look nice too
u look like 13-14. u look real young- an advantage for when your old.
