i think you should keep the make up natural yet sexy, bring your eyes out, and wear some cute skinny jeans, and great boots, keep your hair natural as well, maybe wearing sexy loose curls or a foxy up do.

Whatever you do... don't OVERdo it. Smile a lot, smell nice. Strike up and conversation and most importantly be yourself.
don't wear too much make-up, but just blush, lip-gloss, eye-lid make-up, and eyeliner.
for flirting, when he looks at you, smile and play with your hair. ask him for his email, and talk to him regularly.
