when i was studying beauty consultancy, i thought steaming and deep cleanse was the quickest most effective way for curing spots and pimples.

lean over a good bowl of hot steaming water and put a towel on your head to stop the steam escaping. this process opens pores and takes about 20 minutes, careful not to burn yourself though. after this, deeply cleanse your face with a natrually ingredient cleanser. if this fails, it could be stress, bad diet, or tiredness. good luck anyway(y)
For your hair, there are shampoos/conditioners and products that will get rid of your frizz and give you frizz free healthy shiny hair. As a person with curly hair (not crazy curls but curly hair) I find it best, after I have shamped and conditioned, to brush my hair (when it’s went) run a mousse or a ‘hair milk’ through my hair, fluff it out with my hands and than through it up in a bun and than the next morning when I let it out of the bun, I have great shiny hair, no frizz and my curls look great. The worst thing for people with curly hair is to brush their hair when it’s dry! DON’T DO IT! Brush it when it is wet at night or whenever, put it up in a bun so it gets no knots and DO NOT BRUSH IT WHEN IT’S DRY! That is just a recipe for frizz and crazy hair!!

Those bags will go away with sleep and a good amount of it. Drink water (not a sh*t load, and sh*t load is not good for you) The recommended amount will help with your bags AND your skin. A little moisturizer with a gentle massage can also releave those bags.

Your skin with its break outs – some people are just unlucky and breakouts will be a part of their lives and no products will help. However, experiment with a few things here and there and see what best suits you and your skin. For me, I have very very sensitive skin so I need to use stuff for ‘sensitive skin’ which keeps my face clear of any spots or pimples and keeps it nicely hydrated.

Make sure you wash your face before you go to bed, when you wake up, after you’ve sweated (sweating IS good for your face, opens your pores and gets dirt out. However you NEED to wash away the sweat as soon as possible). Exfoliate every 3rd day to removed dead skin and give you soft smooth skin (some people recommend warm water when exfoliating, for me I prefer and find that cold water works best). ONLY use moisturiser in areas of your face that it needs to be used. There is no use in putting moisturizer on oily areas of your skin – it’ll make it worse. No use in putting it on hydrated areas of your skin – it’ll make it oily. Use it where it needs to be used – you have an oily part of your face like your chin, put the cream that deals with oily chin on your chin and no where else. You have one area of dry skin – put the dry skin stuff on that area and that area only!

Those few things help with me, but just because they work for me, doesn’t mean they’ll work for you. Everyone has different hair, different skin so on and so forth. They are hints and tips that you can try and experiment with but don’t get frustrated when and if they don’t work for you!

If worst comes to worse, see a hairdresser about your hair, a skin specialist for your skin and a doctor for your bags (sleep meds in other words!)
for your hair:

you need a good thick cream, that will tame the frizz and define your curls. avoid towel drying and blow drying your hair, it will only make it more frizzy. Condition every other day, and shampoo every 3 days, your hair needs its natural oils. two avoid breakage, comb out your hair in the shower while you have conditioner in.

for your acne:

make sure your following a good skincare routine that is rigth for your skin type.

make sure to cleanse, tone, and moisturize twice daily(don't wash more then this or else your natural oils will be stripped) you can also spot treat once daily. use a scrub twice a week to exfoliate any dead skin cells that may be dulling your complexion. use a mask once a week.

for your under eye circles:

-get a good sleep! at least 8-10 hours a night.

-steep a couple of chamomile tea bags, then put them in the freezer until chilled. then lay them on your eyes to get rid of the circles. The caffeine in them will help reduce puffiness.

-conceal them with a light reflecting concealer.

for the hair you could straighten it or run some mousse through it so it doesn't frizz but still stays curly. to get rid of the pimples, make sure your keeping your face clean. cleanse and tone daily. if this doesn't work you could always get something from your doctors for acne. for the dark circles, try getting more sleep and using a light moisturiser on them.

You need to make sure that you are washing your face. So buy a facial wash and wash morning and night. Then use oxy pads or something like that on your face to help with the pimples.
You could get a professional relaxing treatment to kill the frizz

Wash your face and put pimple cream on your spots

And press a cold wash cloth over your eyes every night and morning

And make sure you sleep, girl!
Cover up!
