For shinning hair; Do not wash everyday your hair, becuz it can damage your naturel shinning hair. If u want u can wash your hair 4 times per week. Before going to take a shower, apply some olive oil in your scalp and massage(do before sleeping, if u taking your shower tomorow, atleast 24 hours will smooth your hair). Try to avoid all the chemical that u put in your haiR

Clean Skin= I m telling u it will work for everyone and its free, DRINK WATER AS U CAN, Everyday drink 8 glasses of water, it will help your skin glow. If your skin is dry, use a good moisturize cream(I use the AVON one), Wash your face 2 or 3 times per day and make sure to use a cleanser, to remove all the dirt from your skin.... before going to bed, make sure that u remove your makeup or else it will damage your skin. U can also apply on your skin, lemon and honey(paste) to glow more your skin...

Nice tan, i dont know, but they good products from LOREAL PARIS

check your local drugstore and ask a expert, it will be helpful for u.

Pretty eyes, Make sure that your eyebrows r perfect, or else go to a beauty parlor or a spa and they will shape your eyebrow, becuz when your eyebrows r in good shape your eyes look more pretty.

Use an eyelineR into your waterline, to make them look big. Apply eye shadow in your out of corner, to make your eyes look big, if u have small eyes. Use a good mascara, depend wt look u want(volume, lenght, curl and etc...)
For shiny hair an easy tip, don't blow dry it let it dry naturally. Clean skin.. wash your face ha ha kidding I'm sure you knew that well if you feel a blemish coming on try applying toothpaste onto the blemish before bed. For a nice glowing tan I suggest Dove fake tan the scent is very fragile and clean smelling so it wont give anything away ;-) Buy your self an eyelash curler from your local pharmacist and a mascara that wont clump It open your eyes a lot more. also If your eyes are close together apply white eyeshadow in the corner of your eyes just lightly. I hope I helped a little.. It was basically from my own knowledge so It wasn't all that fancy.
How to tan nicely- This may sound stupid, but you kind-of want a sun burn. When you get the sun burn, wait until you are going to go to bed and put Aloe Vera Gel on it. Wait for it to dry, then put on another coat and wait for it to dry. By morning the Aloe Vera Gel would have gotten rid of your sun burn and replaced it with a nice tan.

Hope this helps!
For nice hair, I suggest going as natural as possible. Do mayo treatments, let it dry naturally, and treat it well in general.

Skin care, really varies from person to person, as nobody's skin is the same. I suggest using a salt rub to remove dead skin; moisturizing and using baby oil is also good for you. And, always, always, wear sun tan lotion.

Jergens Natural Glow, is great for gradually getting a tan.

For pretty eyes, just work with what you have by playing off your strengths. Long lashes? Emphasize that with dark, mascara. Find what compliments your eye color personally, color-wise; color wheels can be helpful with this:
